Apparently Kayle has heard her Papa talking on the phone a time or two and has picked up using the word "man" while talking on her play phone! It was cracking me up. Of course I didn't have the camera with me to capture it.
Averly is SOOOO close to walking! She could actually probably do it, if she had confidence in herself. She loves to walk, which is making it extremely difficult for me to get anything done around the house.....can we say "pig's sty"! As you can see in this picture, if I take my hand away, she immediately sits down and starts crying and usually has her hand up pointing at me. And if I pick her up to carry her, she arches her back and cries. Oy! She's a handful!
Patterpillar
Sorry for the poor quality of the picture (mommy needs a new camera). Here's a "patterpillar" as Kayle says that we saw crawling on the tree yesterday.
Painting....
Daddy asks her, what are you painting and she responds....
"Well, I'm painting!"
Hey Amy,have you seen those walkig wings? It is a harness that goes around their chest and has long straps for you to hold her up. That way you don't have to bend over and her hands are free to balance herself. I think I'll try them when Cass starts trying to walk.
