Story Time - the girls really seemed to enjoy it and I was quite impressed! To start the storyteller blew bubbles for a few minutes. Then she did a few interactive songs; read 2 stories and ended with an interactive song.

Tour Fire Station - the MOMS Club activity for today was to tour the Owasso Fire Station #1. I thought this would be a great activity for Kayle! They took us through the station where we saw their living and sleeping quarters and then we went out and saw the Fire Truck! Kayle was scared at first until I told her it was okay and then pointed out that all of her friends were checking everything out.

Putt & Jump - I have taken the girls to Putt & Jump numerous times, but this was the first time to go during their Open House. Normally they just have one area open to jump, but with the Open House they have the entire facility open, which includes another jump area that I had never seen before. So, open house is BUSY! And distracting! There was a mom with 2 little ones, one that was too young to really jump and was in a stroller and then a little girl that appeared to be younger than Kayle. The little girl was obviously tired and ready for a nap and was throwing a fit. Well, Kayle slipped out of the room while I was distracted by the commotion going on with this mom and little girl. I was almost in panic mode when I finally found her! She had found her way to the back of the facility where they have an arcade. I immediately knelt down and told her not to ever leave the room without mommy!!!
One-On-One Time - John got home and I asked Kayle if she wanted to go with me. Her response was "Yeah, go eat pizza!" So, she decided what we were to do, which its all about special time with her so that's her choice! We went to Target where we ate a Pizza Hut Express personal pan pizza. After eating pizza I asked her what she wanted to do and she said she wanted to go look at toys. So we wondered the toy aisles! I decided I would let her pick out a toy to buy her. First she had a Wow Wow Wubbzy bath toy that she carried around until we got to the outdoor toy aisle. She then set Wubbzy down and decided she wanted a pail and shovel. This surprised me because she already has sand toys and she loves to watch Wubbzy! She ended up leaving with a 10 piece set of Matchbox Cars!!!
